The Beltline needs separate tracks for different modes of transport (for pedestrians and for "LIT".)
LIT is "Light Individual Transportation" -- scooters, bikes, skateboards, etc. Also called micromobility.
LIT on the Beltline delivers transportation without the steel rails, concrete beds, and overhear power lines.
